新しいホテルということもあり、きれいです。でも、掃除が行き届いている部屋とそうでない部屋の差が大きいですね。今回は60階で眺めがよかったのに、ドアなどにまで埃がついていて、残念でした。ビジネスでこれからも利用したいのでなんとかもう少し・・・あと少し・・・改善されると嬉しいですね。 今回の部屋については、シャワールームの扉とトイレの扉が共通1枚ということにも驚きましたが、シャワーの際、そのシャワーが扉にむかって出るよう設置されている為当然ながらバスルーム全体に水が溢れ出し、水浸しになってしまいます。隙間をふさぐパッキンもなく、トイレの方まで水は進出していました。それはもうひどい状態になり、拭き取るしかない為タオル類を使い、自分たちも困りましたし、衛生的にも良くないと思います。今回の部屋だけに言わせてもらうと、設計ミスですね・・・。 |

建物全体がまだ工事中なのですが、お客を入れ始めている部屋もまだ工事中の名残で接着剤やテープが残ったまま。 まだプレオープンのような状態なので従業員の絶対数や教育不足か、サービスや清掃にもムラが多い。 |

ホテルそのものは、新しいし清潔感もあるので問題はないと思います。施設に関してはまだまだＯＰＥＮしていないので評価のしようがありませんが。。。５星ホテルとはとても思えないホスピタリティの低さでした。。 旅行の前泊と後泊 ２回とまりましたが、どちらもおなじような待遇でした。。。。 子供２人に大人２名 大荷物が２つあったが、タクシからおりてもベルボーイは荷物を持とうともしない。。。しょうがないので、自分でフロントまで荷物を運ぶがそこでも対応はかわらず、結局自分でスーツケース２つに眠った子供を抱えて部屋まで行きました。。。 完全ＯＰＥＮ前のサービス期間とはいえ、せめて従業員教育くらいしてからＯＰＥＮするべきでは。。。 またベッドの質の悪さにも閉口しました。。。寝ようとすると スプリングそのものに寝ている感じです。 ２星、３星クラスでそのような経験はありますが。。。。 これまた５星とはとても思えませんでした。。。。 |

コンシェルジュの方にとても親切にして頂き感謝しております。 ホテル内の案内がどこにも無く、館内のレストランなど探さなければならなかったのは残念です。 |

The hotel is very nice and clean, we had a beautiful harbor view room. The hotel lacks guest information; such as - what facilities are available, usually a hotel has information available in the room. |

Staffs are very friendly especially Natahli at the front desk. Guests were rude and no line up at all. I was front at the line waiting to check out and got jumped in by 4 guests. Hotel is very new, still under construction, therefore no facility at all other than room and internet service at the lobby. Shower drain is very bad, shower water overflowed to the whole washroom floor. |

The facilities were quite good and room was clean. The view was spectacular. Yes. I was moved at "midnight" from my room because I was put on the top floor and the water pump stopped working. I had to leave early next morning and so lost a lot of sleep time. Also, the hotel desk manager was very poor and argumentative. It ruined the overall stay. |

The very nice room....new, modern, and clean. I had a nice view of the harbor as well. It's a good price at 500 HK dollars, but the hotel isn't a 5 star hotel yet, since it isn't finished. The shopping center adjacent is now open. Pricey but nice with a few restaurants. The hotel is still not finished. Lots of work going on below. They are building a new condo project next to it, which I think is part of the same development. They have sales people swarming around the hotel, near the MTR stations, on the street, in the adjacent mall- everywhere. On one walk out of the hotel, I think I was harassed by at least 10 of these people..... really terrible. |
